My day began with a GREAT birding trip with MW and the Bean. You can read about it here. I drove a van that belonged to BYU.
Then I was lucky enough to spend the afternoon with these guys (again, I drove a van) ...
First we went to lunch...
Then we went to a museum and met the famous artist JKR
and enjoyed the chocolate fountain
and some of us got our picture taken in front of a dragon painting

Skater, thanks for watching the kids. They had a blast. I just showed Lindsy these pictures and she started dancing and singing "I go to Katy's house."
I was happy to see a picture of Mr. Webb doing what he loves. He was by far my favorite teacher.

That's weird, I did exactly the same things.
I am so bummed I missed this! I definitely want to take my kids birding with MW someday. I will keep checking for scheduled outings. But I guess we might have to wait until next year...
