That one sounds GREAT! I never cook with red curry paste, I always use green, but I think I might just have to try this one.
Note to self: Do not watch "Cooking for One" at lunch time.I am hungry.

Drew seems like a Thai whiz! He just rattles off the Asian ingredients like he cooks with them all the time. :)
