Last time I lost mine the benefits office didn't make me pay...but maybe it's because of my good looks...or maybe just feeling sorry for me because I'm super preganant.
Bryn - thanks for telling me this. I went in today and at first they told me it would cost $10 cause I look like a student. Then when they figured it out that I was a full time employee, it was free!
